This place is awesome, carries both the Impossible Burger and Beyond Burger, has a full vegan menu with healthy juices, and vegan pancakes! It's an island of delicious options in a city that doesn't typically cater to plant eaters! Thank goodness for this place.

Marla's
I absolutely love the creativity of their chef, the menu has a broad range of recipes my personal favorite is the Queso en salsa plate. Cheese in tomatoe sauce, potatoes and the homeade corn tortillas are incredible.
The food is sure to surprise your pallette.
Can't recomend them enough.
Must try yourself. -

While in town for the weekend, visited Marlas based on the great reviews.
I'll cut to the chase and the reason for the 2 star review: really crappy service and even crappier attitudes from the employees! The worst!
Busy Sunday morning, only waited 15-20 mins for a table for three. Not bad.
Then, we waited, and waited, and waited but still no server. Tables seated after us got drinks and were placing their orders.
I complained to the hostess and she grabbed a server passing by to take our order.
He had a curled mustache and was not happy at all to help us. No apology for the wait, just took our drink order.
I told him twice I wanted a macchiato, and well it never came...
Another server took our food order, and it took nearly 30 mins to come out...
A girl refilling coffee asked how we were doing and we told her about the bad experience and she just smiled, nodded her head, and went to the next table. I know she understood what we said, she just dismissed it.
The food was really good, and that's what prevents a 1 star review.
My chilaquiles were delicious and priced right.
The chips were still crispy and had a nice crunch. The green sauce was nicely spiced with queso fresco sprinkled on top. The beans were also very good.
Needless to say, as good as the food was, I will not return solely based on the really bad service and dismissive attitudes of the employees. -

Great spot for breakfast. Recommend the Chilaquiles a la Diabla ! Great customer service. And portions are huge!
